It comes from the water vapor contained in the indoor or outdoor air entering the system.
Does It Need to Be Connected to a Water Supply Line?
No. Only the BS Series may require auxiliary connections, depending on the model, installation, or cleaning procedure.
Does It Require Electricity?
Yes. The fans, compressors, pumps, controls, and water treatment systems require electricity.
Can It Produce Water Continuously?
It can operate automatically as long as environmental conditions are suitable and sufficient storage capacity and electrical power are available.
What Happens When the Tank Is Full?
The system automatically stops production or switches to conservation mode until the water level in the tank decreases.
Does the System Operate Automatically?
Yes. Automated models monitor and control water production, water levels, treatment, temperature, system faults, and maintenance requirements.
How Long Does It Take to Begin Producing Water?

Is the Water Dispensed Cold?
All units are equipped with cooling systems and can dispense chilled water.
Can It Produce Hot Water?
For energy-efficiency and safety reasons, our systems do not dispense hot water.
What Maintenance Does It Require?
Maintenance includes cleaning the air intakes, replacing filters, sanitizing the water circuit and tank, inspecting electrical components, and checking the refrigeration system.
How Often Should the Filters Be Replaced?
Replacement frequency depends on operating hours, air quality, and the volume of water produced. Filters should be replaced every 6 to 12 months.
Does the System Alert Me When a Filter Needs to Be Replaced?
Yes. All our models can display local alerts and send service notifications when connected to the internet.
Can I Replace the Filters Myself?
User-accessible filters may be replaced by following the instructions in the manual. Other procedures must be performed by an authorized service technician to avoid voiding the warranty.
Does the Tank Need to Be Cleaned?
Yes. The tank must be sanitized at least once a year according to procedures established by the manufacturer.
What Cleaning Products Can Be Used?
Only products and concentrations approved for the system and for surfaces that come into contact with drinking water may be used.
Can Chlorine Be Used for Cleaning?
It depends on the system. Chlorine may only be used when the required concentration, contact time, rinsing procedure, and disposal method have been clearly specified.
What Happens if the System Remains Turned Off for Several Days?
It may be necessary to drain and sanitize the system, flush the water circuit, or complete a recommissioning cycle before consuming the water again.
What Should Be Done After an Extended Shutdown?
Inspect the filters, clean the tank, check the water circuit, discard any stagnant water, and follow the reactivation procedure.
Can Biofilm Accumulate Inside the System?
Yes. Biofilm may develop if the system remains turned off or does not receive adequate maintenance.
How Do I Know if the System Requires Service?
The system is designed to detect faults automatically and send alerts to both the user and the manufacturer. However, service may be required if you notice reduced water production, unusual noises, leaks, odors, alarms, increased energy consumption, or changes in water quality.
What Should I Do if the Water Changes in Smell, Taste, or Appearance?
Stop consuming the water and request an inspection and water-quality analysis before resuming use.
What Should I Do if a Leak Occurs?
